We went away last weekend for an end of the summer, quick-trip family vacation to Galveston Island, Texas. Although the travel there was a bit rough (Wesley was fussy most of the way) we had a great time at the beach.
It rained for a short while on Sunday morning and resulting cloud cover was so beautiful! And we got a rainbow (below) with the moon showing just below it.

Wesley had the most fun just playing with the air conditioner in our hotel room. 
We only tried taking the stroller to the beach one time. There's just no point when it take two people to move it through the sand!

Wesley got used to my sun glasses on the way home. He looks kind of like a baby spy!

ReplyDeleteI'm glad y'all got to go to the beach. We love the mountains here, but I sorely missed the shore this Summer... especially after I watched Jaws for the first time last month. I don't think you're supposed to have that kind of reaction. (-:
